In March 2022, the Research4Life portal reported on the decision of publishers of scientific literature to provide Ukrainian scientists with free access to electronic resources (journals, books, databases) within the Research4Life project until the end of 2022 in order to support the Ukrainian scientific community in times of war.
In 2023 and August 2024, Ukraine’s status was extended to include the country in the group of A countries, whose organizations and scientists have free access to the platform’s resources.
Free access to most Research4Life content has been extended for Ukrainian scientists.

Access information
Access to the collections can be obtained on the research4life platform using a login and password. The login and password can be obtained by sending an email to the academic secretary, indicating “Access to research4life” in the subject line.
